In 2015 a steam boiler exploded at a GSK plant in Belgium, unfortunately resulting in loss of life.
A 24-year-old operator was passing by the door of the boilerhouse when the explosion took place and the flying debris severely injured him. He later died in hospital
He was not working on the boiler at the time.
